Description

Blue Horizon Shed is a cosy self-catering cottage with a private entrance, located on the owner’s farm just outside Franskraal in Gansbaai. It’s the perfect spot for guests seeking a peaceful getaway from which they can explore the area and enjoy the tranquillity. A wood-fired hot tub is available for extra relaxation, big enough for 4 guests.

The unit can accommodate 4 guests and features 2 open-plan bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is shared and fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are kindly asked to bring along their own swimming towels.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction plate, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area offers comfortable seating, a dining space, and a smart TV for entertainment. WiFi is also available.

Blue Horizon Shed offers both indoor and outdoor braai facilities and breathtaking mountain views. The popular Franskraal Parkrun route runs directly behind the accommodation and provides lovely nature walks, while Lomond Wines is only 8 km away for guests who enjoy wine tastings and delicious platters. Uilkraalsmond Beach is about 2.6 km away, and Gansbaai is just 8.5 km from the farm.
