Blue Nautica Coastal Retreat offers exclusive use of a spacious self-catering holiday home in the heart of Ballito, making it ideal for couples, families, and friends seeking a relaxing stay on the Dolphin Coast. Situated a stone’s throw from the beach and within walking distance of Ballito Village, guests can easily explore nearby restaurants, cafés, shops, and popular attractions while enjoying the privacy of a quiet residential neighbourhood.
The home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom features 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a family bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower-over-bath, and there is an additional guest toilet for convenience. Bed linen, bath towels, essential toiletries, a hairdryer, wardrobe space, a dressing table, extra pillows and blankets, ironing facilities, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and detergent are provided for a comfortable stay. A cot for an infant is also available by prior arrangement with the host.
The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a TV with full DStv, a sound system, and a dining table with seating for 8 guests. Complimentary high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, tea/coffee machine, and all the essentials for self-catering.
Large sliding doors open onto a covered patio overlooking the private swimming pool, garden, and ocean views. Guests can enjoy the outdoor dining area, complete with outdoor furniture, a built-in braai, fire pit, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining. Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
The property is equipped with solar panels, an inverter, rechargeable lights, and a battery backup for the garage, ensuring essential services remain available during load shedding. Secure parking is provided behind an automated gate, with guests enjoying exclusive use of the lock-up garage and designated parking. The hosts reside in a separate flatlet with a private entrance and respect guests' privacy throughout their stay.
