Umoya Private Retreat is situated on an 8-hectare smallholding in the Bushveld at the foot of the Magaliesberg mountains. The property is located 50 km from Pretoria and Johannesburg, and 15 km from Hartbeespoort Dam. Here, guests can enjoy a tranquil nature getaway surrounded by natural scenery.
Accommodation is offered in 4 self-catering units that can accommodate 2, 3, 6, or 8 guests respectively. Each unit features en-suite bathrooms, a lounge area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio or stoep with private braai facilities. Units A and D include laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Unit D also features a private garden with a children's play area.
Guests have access to a communal swimming pool set among the trees. Secure parking is available on the premises, and local shops are located 1 km away.
Nearby activities include visiting art galleries, health spas, curio markets, golf courses, a snake and animal park, an aquarium, a crocodile farm, and a cheetah breeding centre.
