The duplex apartment has a private entrance and is located on the owner’s property in the quiet suburb of Eldoraigne in Centurion. This well-appointed space offers guests privacy, making it ideal for both business travelers and holidaymakers.

The apartment accommodates 2 guests and consists of 1 bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed, while the bathroom is equipped with both a bath and a shower. As the unit is designed for two guests, the bathroom features a double basin, convenient for two people.

All linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, an air fryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge, and a breakfast counter with chairs. On the balcony, a braai and Cadac hotplate are provided for long-term guests, and an electric frying pan and toaster are also available.

The lounge is located downstairs, while the bedroom is upstairs. The stairs may not be suitable for toddlers, elderly guests, or guests with disabilities.
