Boho Ocean View Villa Pool & Beach Walk is a Moroccan-inspired 4-bedroom home in peaceful Murdock Valley, just a short walk from a swimming beach and minutes from Boulders Beach and Simon’s Town. Relax by the pool, enjoy the ocean views, or have sunset dinners by the sea.
The villa sleeps up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed, while the remaining bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, and there is also a separate guest toilet available.
The open-plan living area is light and airy, with handcrafted décor and warm tones. It flows onto a sunlit terrace overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and the living area has a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV.
Guests can enjoy ocean views, a private pool, an outdoor braai with a wood-fired pizza oven, and an indigenous garden. Free Wi-Fi is available. Daily housekeeping is provided by a live-in housekeeper who stays in a separate cottage and can also babysit if arranged directly.
The villa is ideal for families, groups, or retreats and is close to Boulders Beach penguins, Simon’s Town Harbour restaurants, Cape Point, and local vineyards.
