Left feeling disappointed! We found it to be abit difficult that we have to phone before hand in order to be received at the house. We called and waited about 15 minutes before we could go in. It was not a warm night and there was no additional blankets nor heaters in the two rooms we stayed in. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair of someone else in the shower, used soap stuck on the shower caddy. The bed had only one comforter not even a duvets, and the throw was dirty and we could not use it. We had bought a few things for the road but there was no fridge in our room to store them in. As we came through for a family emergency, we did not enjoy the overnight here. The website rated this guest house 4 stars, and its displayed on the walls of the house as well. But yet on TGCSA they are not listed. I would like to have some feedback as to how this is possible. . Please see previous reviews and no action was taken by the owners. Thanks.

Lovely guest house. We had such a lovely time staying at Botanica Guest House! Friendly staff, very clean and really enjoyed the pool in the hot weather. Would 100% recommend!

Clean and quiet. We arrived on Christmas Day, a little later than planned and were welcomed with open arms. We forgot the kids' air mattress and they helped us out. Inside there was a kitchen where we stored some of our stuff. Quiet area, will definitely go back again.
