A unique log cabin on the water's edge. Our stay was short, but I can imagine spending long summer days with good friends cooking and enjoying the views. The cottage is positioned to feel that you are all by yourselves yet assistance is near.

Perfect homely log cabin. We will be back. Brambleberry Homestead was a pure delight and perfect for our family of 7. The Homestead was clean and comfortable. The log cabin is set in the most beautiful setting with a massive dam and surrounded by a forest. It was homely and clean. It is a couple of minutes either way to Nottingham Road or Michaelhouse - perfect position. Whilst it had everything we needed and we had an extremely happy stay, if you are looking for luxury this is not for you.

Great fun and tranquil. Amazing! All that I can say is if you have a saloon car or sports car, consider not driving it there. An SUV or crossover would be ideal.

Very peaceful in nature. Very nice view of the dam. Various birds and animals. There was an otter that also swam in the water.

Beautiful log cabin on a lake, looking at the forest. Stunning! Such a spectacular location. Idyllic log cabin on a lake. The host was very friendly and helpful. Well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Wood-burning fireplace, braai facility. Also row boats, tag & release fishing options. Walking through the forest. Stunning. Will definitely go back.

Picturesque, value for money, very friendly staff. Beautiful nature hideaway, yet close to amenities, with the friendliest staff makes the accommodation a definite “return to" destination. Unit was clean with everything you need.
