Brenaissance is definitely recommended! From arrival to departure, Rene and her team went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Missed potential. Brenaissance is a location just oozing with so much potential. Aesthetically pleasing, wonderful views, peaceful and secure. I found the cottages to be well styled and equipped. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The downfalls, however, were that many things needed tending to. Our shower handle was broken, the one bedroom door would not shut properly, the toilet brush was broken, the WiFi would pop in and out, both mornings we woke to no hot water and low water pressure, and the breakfast service started late. We were two couples travelling with little ones, and it was stated that breakfast would be served from 07:30 in the poolhouse. No one showed up until 07:40, and then they still had to start to set the kitchen up to make the actual breakfast, which meant that things only really got going from 08:00. The food and service should've been ready to go from 07:30 already. I appreciate the highchair available as this is not always common. The menu could be reworked a little too.
