Bronze Paradise is a self-catering beachfront apartment situated in the coastal town of Leisure Bay. Located within a secure complex, the property offers direct access to the beach via a private bridge, making it an ideal choice for families and friends seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. Guests can also explore nearby golf courses, walking trails, and attractions, including the Wild Coast water park.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. This room also opens onto the balcony with sea views. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bed linen, bath towels, and essential toiletries are provided, and all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and dining table with seating for 8 guests. The comfortable lounge features a Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and opens onto a spacious balcony furnished with outdoor seating, an outdoor dining area, and a Weber braai, where guests can enjoy uninterrupted ocean views. An additional fridge and freezer are available in the lock-up garage for 1 vehicle, while an inverter provides backup power during loadshedding.
Guests have access to the complex's communal fenced swimming pool, secure parking, and a communal laundry fitted with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers. The complex is secured with 24-hour CCTV surveillance and monitored electric fencing, while a lock-up garage is available for 1 vehicle with additional secure guest parking. Daily servicing is provided, excluding Sundays and public holidays, and the complex also benefits from a backup water supply for added convenience.
