Brown’s Cabin and Cottages is situated on a pecan nut farm in Skeerpoort in the North West, approximately 14 km from Hartbeespoort Dam. The area is ideal for weekend getaways and for guests attending weddings in the surrounding area.
Accommodation is offered in self-catering units with uninterrupted views of the Magaliesberg mountain range. These units are well-suited for guests attending nearby wedding venues such as Red Ivory, Greenleaves, Leopard Lodge, Kleine Rijke, The Barn at Redstone, and The Nut Farm wedding venue. Accommodation includes Brown’s Cabin, Brown’s Cottage, Aloe Suite, Browns Suite, De Wets Cottage, and Pecan Cottage. Please note that Aloe Suite and Browns Suite are not self-catering.
The area offers a variety of activities, including hot air ballooning (with Bill Harrop's approximately 5 km away), elephant interactions, game drives, and horse riding. Guests can also visit nearby restaurants, Van Gaalen Cheese Farm, African curio markets, and art galleries.
