Brown’s Cabin and Cottages is situated on a pecan nut farm in Skeerpoort in the North West, approximately 15 minutes from Hartbeespoort Dam. The area is ideal for weekend getaways and for those attending weddings nearby.

Accommodation is offered in self-catering units with uninterrupted views of the Magaliesberg mountain range. The accommodation is ideal for guests attending one of the many weddings which take place in popular venues located nearby (Red Ivory, Greenleaves, Leopard Lodge, Kleine Rijke, The Barn at Redstone and The Nut Farm wedding venue). Accommodation is offered in Brown’s Cabin, Brown’s Cottage, Aloe Suite, Browns Suite, De Wets Cottage and Pecan Cottage. Please note: Aloe Suite and Browns Suite are not self-catering.

There are a variety of activities in the area, such as hot air ballooning (Bill Harrops is 5kms away), walks with elephants, game drives and horse riding. Guests can visit restaurants, Van Gaalen’s cheese farm, African curio markets and art galleries.
