Superior stay in Ladysmith. As we arrived, we were met by Nadine, who escorted us to our room, showing us where breakfast/dinner would be served. The quality of the family room that we were booked into surpassed our expectations. Large room with a really comfy king-size bed, coffee station, fridge, and lovely bathroom with bath and shower. We were thrilled to find DStv, with all channels (not just the normal hotel package), which allowed us to watch the rugby game on SuperSport. Dinner was really good, where we met Petro, our hostess. She shared the history of the place. Take the time while you are there to visit the honesty bar (nice touch) to see all the historical stuff they have from the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902). Fascinating. Good breakfast the next morning finished our lovely stay. We will come back.

Great overnight stop. A peaceful, clean old-fashioned bed and breakfast in Ladysmith. Very pleasant, helpful staff, beautiful amenities and a delicious breakfast. The view from the chalets is spectacular.

Amazing. The stay at Bullers Rest was really great. The beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, the rooms were also peaceful. The breakfast the next morning was really good.
