Great stay, staff were warm and welcoming and the location was great! Our stay was lovely and comfortable. Well appointed in terms of crockery, cutlery, cooking essentials, etc. Nosipho and the rest of the staff were so lovely and helpful. The home is large and great for big groups, so it suited us well. Some of the amenities need attention - baths, the stove has no overhead light, the braai area at the pool has no lights - and the bathroom and room off the catering area need a deep clean. I would suggest as well that for a house of this size a dishwasher is installed and perhaps simple things like a coffee machine or plunger are supplied. We bought one as none of our group drank Riccofy. Having said all this, the venue and location suited us well and we were comfortable and very happy.
