Comfortable but environment a bit disappointing. Heavy traffic is a big factor, especially at cottage 1. The itinerary in cottage was incomplete. Sink in bathroom did not have a plug.

We were particularly pleased that you chose to stay an extra night after you had arrived :) We are disheartened to hear that you found the Cottage to be substandard. We do wish you had brought any matters to our attention during your stay so we could have rectified any issues immediately. We pride ourselves on a high standard of service and quality facilities and will look into the matter with our operations team. The Cottage is the closest unit to the road being roughly 900m away offering easy access on and off the property to experience the offerings of our area. As the dry season continues the leaves begin to drop, this combined with a change in wind direction carries the sound more than it would during the summer months with the leaves acting as a sound barrier. It is a shame you did not stay in one of our other units as they are much further away from the road and where the sounds of nature prevail. Each of our units do have guest folders where you would have seen information and pricing of all our offerings, activities, extras and meals, as well as a map, bird, tree and mammal list. Please expect a call from one of our team members so we may hear more about your experience.
