Description
Caisa Villa is a charming holiday home situated within the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. The property offers a peaceful setting ideal for families and friends, with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi providing a relaxing bushveld escape.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, with one bed offering the option to convert into 2 single beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with either a bath and shower combination or a shower only. Bed linen is provided, while guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen, dining space, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, and includes a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV with DStv (Essential channels), and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout.
The living area opens onto an indoor spa room with a Jacuzzi, relaxation seating, and a dining table, which leads onto a wooden deck with a swimming pool and braai facilities. Secure parking and 24-hour security are provided within the estate. A backup inverter and JoJo tank are available during load shedding and water outages. The villa is serviced except on Sundays and public holidays.
The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. A French restaurant is located on the estate, and additional services such as spa treatments, tours, and transfers can be arranged. A surcharge applies for Jacuzzi use, and the property is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
