The cosy apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or two adults, and features 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed for adults on request, in the living area. The bathroom is shared by guests in the separate bedroom and those in the living area, but it can be locked — in other words, it is not an open-plan bathroom. There is a large veranda with an outdoor braai area.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a two-plate induction stove, toaster, cutlery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Indoor braai facilities are also available.
