Fair. The place is clean except for the frying pan with old oil that hasn't been cleaned. The safe was locked in the open position. Water in the one bathroom didn't have any water. Couldn't log in to the network.

We always encourage our guests to please let us know as soon as possible if something isn’t working correctly during their stay. Most issues, such as water supply, WiFi or the safe, can usually be resolved very quickly by our onsite maintenance team. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention.

Good relaxation! Good location. Safe. Cambalala itself has many activities without leaving resort. The hippos are the stars!

Goeie ontspanning! Goeie ligging. Veilig. Cambalala self het baie aktiwiteite sonder om oord te verlaat. Die seekoeie is die sterre!

We recommend the place. Great place to stay. Super beds. We will come back. One small negative point: last evening our neighbours had a party till late at night. That was not in line with the 'rules'. I mentioned it at the reception, but the three ladies started to laugh.

Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the beds super comfortable. We sincerely apologise for the disturbance caused by your neighbours' late-night party. We take noise complaints seriously, and it’s unfortunate that your concerns weren't handled appropriately at reception. Your feedback is valuable, and we will address this with our team to ensure better management in the future. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Ultimate tranquility. We planned a last minute family trip and Cambalala Bushveld Retreat exceeded our expectations. The lodge is pristine, beautiful and tranquil. We were fortunate to see a juvenile hippo who was displaced and took refuge near the terrace, a daily attraction for all the guests. We will be back soon.

Comfortable unit in a beautiful resort. Comfortable unit with everything needed. Good constant communication from agent who answers all questions. Kruger Park Lodge is of excellent quality and very well maintained. It is also conveniently close to the KNP for day visits. Two small problems on arrival, but thanks to excellent service at reception it was sorted literally within 5 minutes.

Gerieflike eenheid in 'n pragtige oord. Twee klein probleempies by aankoms, maar danksy uitstekende diens by ontvangs was dit letterlik binne 5 minute uitgesorteer.
