It needs to be noted that this is a home stay, not a hotel.
1. We don’t have a pool light because our pool closes at night, and it also creates light pollution for guests who want to sleep.
2. The pool is cleaned regularly, and the creepy crawly is on every single day. As the pool is surrounded by trees, a few leaves will fall in, which is reasonably normal.
3. Pool hours end at 8pm to eliminate noise pollution for all guests that share the space. Even if the sky is still light at 8pm, it is our goal to provide a quiet and peaceful environment for all guests.
4. We have 2 dogs that roam the property freely. We deep clean the lawn weekly but will take your comment under advisement.
5. We do not provide wood for the fireplace as it is for the guests' account. This is indicated on the booking platform - please ensure you read the listing properly before booking to avoid disappointment.
6. The listing description clearly states that the unit does not have a kitchenette or cooking facilities. There are also images of what the space looks like for guests to familiarise themselves. To book a space and then complain that it doesn’t have certain fixtures such as a basin, therefore, doesn’t make sense.
7. We usually provide extra items for guests if they stay for many days. As this was a 2-night stay, we did not think extra black bags were necessary. If you needed something extra, my number is available for guests to contact.
8. We will take adding a laundry rack under advisement.
