Restful. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Beautiful views from the bedroom windows. Very spacious and neat.

Rustig. Nog mooier as op die foto's. Pragtige uitsigte vanuit die kamervensters. Baie ruim en netjies.

A lovely stay! Great. Only one drawback: the Lesotho border is 1 km away, which resulted in quite a noisy New Year's Eve, but the farm itself was quiet and peaceful. We loved the stunning views and hikes. There are quite a few places to see in the area as well. The chalet was cosy with quality furniture, the kitchen very well equipped, and everything is well maintained. The gas shower was a little challenging. We also took our 2 dogs who had the best time of their lives.

Clean, comfortable stay in a beautiful environment. The chalet is really nice and clean. It has everything you would need for a self-catering stay. The beds are also comfortable. There is a beautiful view of the mountain which you can appreciate from your wooden deck and patio. The downside for me is that you are so close to border patrol that you definitely can't experience true farm peace and serenity. I must mention we did stay over on month-end Friday, so I guess the border will be busier too. Saturday was a bit better. At times we could hardly hear the birds. Even though provision is made for hiking, sadly the trails are in need of clear markings and upkeep, especially the lower lying areas were overgrown with tall thick grass and in some places a person can't even make out where the trail was. There is also quite a bit of confusion about where the trails are supposed to start. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed the two friendly yard dogs greeting us first thing in the morning and who joined us for a short walk now and then.

Peaceful and restful. We spent the Easter weekend there as a family and had a wonderful time. We managed to do two hiking trails which were challenging, but well worth it. The service we received was excellent. Our unit was well equipped and very clean.

Value for money. We had a comfortable stay. Close enough for our day trip to Afriski. The chalets had everything we needed.

Beautiful location, comfortable stay. Location is beautiful. The lodge was very clean and neat. It had all of the necessary items for self-catering. Cutlery and dishes were in really good condition. The only minor bother was that you can hear the traffic at the border.

Hot water was the only issue. We enjoyed it, just hot showers didn't last and ran out of warm water.

Hi, thank you for the review. We are sorry you had problems with the hot water. It is a gas geyser, so it does not run out of hot water. If you had reported it to management, they would have promptly checked and adjusted it for you. Generally speaking, with a gas geyser, the hot tap needs to be fully opened and the temperature adjusted with the cold tap. If not enough flow is detected in the hot water, the gas switches itself off.
