Description
Situated in the peaceful suburb of Sunset Beach, this spacious golf villa offers a relaxing coastal stay overlooking the nearby golf course and within proximity to the beach. Ideally suited for families and small groups, the villa combines comfort and convenience with easy access to the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment of Cape Town. Bright open living spaces, generous rooms, and tranquil surroundings create an inviting setting for a memorable getaway.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as an additional guest toilet located in the passage. Four of the bedrooms are situated within the main house, while the fifth bedroom is accessed via exterior stairs, offering added privacy.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom contains a double bed and also features a full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and includes a shower en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and also has a shower en-suite. The fifth bedroom, accessed via exterior stairs, is furnished with 2 single beds and features a shower en-suite bathroom. A cot is available on request at an additional cost.
Bath towels, bed linen, essential toiletries, hairdryers, dressing tables, extra pillows and blankets, and wardrobe space are provided for guest convenience.
The open-plan living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and an 8-seater dining table. The lounge areas offer comfortable seating, a fireplace, Smart TVs with Netflix and limited DStv channels including SuperSport, as well as complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Additional conveniences include air-conditioning in the living area, portable heaters, electric blankets, washing facilities, and ironing equipment.
Outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, garden, balcony, and indoor and outdoor braai facilities with gas and charcoal options available. Guests also have access to outdoor furniture, secure gated parking, CCTV monitoring outside the property, security beams, and 24-hour security. Shuttle services can be arranged on request, while transport options such as Uber, Bolt, and metered taxis are readily available.
