Loved our time there! We will be back! It was quiet, spacious, beautiful surroundings and very well catered for! A hiking trail and swimming in the warm ocean! This place is a must visit!

Beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of nature. It was such a beautiful getaway, being in the mountains was so surreal and the cottage was cute and perfect. I loved our time there - what a beautiful spot to enjoy the remote Cape Point. Wonderful. What a beautiful spot! I don't think I realised quite how close the other unit was - when sitting on our deck, we were looking into their windows (about 10m away). Fortunately, those guests were out for much of the time, but I don't think I would have found it quite so peaceful had they been on their deck as much as we were on ours. Also, I hadn't realised there was no oven - that might have been my miss, but if not, it's probably worth mentioning somewhere. We made do with the Weber provided and were fine.

Beautiful place if you want to get away from the city lights. Very nice stay. Stairs may be a challenge for older people. Host was always friendly and we were always well received. Nice quiet getaway place. We were impressed by this remote place close to Simonstown. The cottage has everything we needed. Clear, nice-tasting spring water included.
