Experience a unique wild coast ocean paradise at the exclusive, secluded Captain’s Cottage located in Port Edward on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. Set on the rocky shoreline with direct access to the water’s edge and a private beach.
Captain's Cottage is pet-friendly and ideal for families or 2 couples. It can accommodate up to 6 self-catering guests, but not suitable for 6 adults. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, with sliding doors leading to the front garden. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. An additional bunk bed is set in the entrance alcove. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is air-conditioned and has WiFi.
Captain's Cottage is completely off-grid, offering back-up electricity and water when required. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. The dining area has a 4-seater table and chairs, which provide 180-degree sea views, while the lounge offers comfortable seating and a smart TV. Outside is a sheltered area with an outdoor dining table and a braai.
Local attractions include Port Edward downtown shops and Silver Beach, both within walking distance.
