Caracal Game Breeders and Guest Farm is in the Waterberg. This 100-hectare farm offers a unique experience for a family or friends. Come and enjoy breathtaking sunsets, the most beautiful starry skies, and the call of jackals in the evenings. The farm boasts rich birdlife and diverse natural scenery.
The house accommodates 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom’s bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom’s bathroom has a shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is in a separate chalet next to the house and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a private outdoor shower.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a Nespresso machine, and a counter with stools. The living area has a couch, large dining table, and fireplace. This leads to the covered patio with a dining table, pool table, built-in braai, Weber, and couches. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to a boma with a firepit and secure parking on the premises. There is a seasonal dam as well as an Intex swimming pool for swimming. The farm has borehole water, a solar power system, and gas geysers. Game can be viewed up close and the property is just 40 km from Mookgopong where shops and restaurants are located.
