Villa Caylee Caribbean Estates is a self-catering holiday home in a secure resort in Port Edward. The resort borders the Indian Ocean to the east and the Umtamvuna River to the south and is approximately 3.1 km from the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino complex.
This holiday home offers accommodation for 8 guests and has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed and there are 2 single sofa beds in the living area. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, sandwich toaster, air fryer and toaster. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
The whole house has air-conditioning and there is a flat-screen smart TV with selected DStv channels, Netflix, Disney+, an Xbox and free uncapped Wi-Fi is available. The living area leads to a stoep with a built-in braai. Secure parking for 6 vehicles is available. The property has solar power, an inverter system, and boreholes with filtration so no load or water shedding is experienced.
Guests have access to the estate's communal facilities such as a swimming pool, braai areas, tennis courts with all-weather lights, table tennis, and a small children's playground with an adventure golf course. Guests can bring their own boats or use the rental boats, jet skis, and other equipment at Waterworld, across the river.
