This seafront villa is situated in Caribbean Estates, a unique private resort in the tropical setting of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, approximately 4 km north of the small holiday town of Port Edward.
This double-storey villa features a large open-plan living area equipped with ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV with DStv, and a DVD player. The lounge area opens onto a patio with braai facilities, creating a perfect space for relaxing and entertaining.
The villa comprises 6 individually decorated bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The villa is within walking distance of the unspoiled beach and river, which can be reached via scenic walkways through a beautiful conservation area. Guests may encounter a variety of bird species, small antelope, and Samango monkeys, which can often even be seen from the villa’s patio.
Facilities within the estate include a beautiful swimming pool complex, all-weather floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, and a small playground for children. Guests are welcome to bring their own boats or make use of the boats, jet skis, and other equipment available at Waterworld across the river.
This well-established estate offers 24-hour security and is also ideal for outdoor weddings, providing magnificent views of the Indian Ocean and easy access to the beach.
