Casa is a beachfront house (there are only a handful of beachfront properties to rent in Paternoster with direct access to the beach). The price is in line with all the other beachfront homes. You can rent homes that are not beachfront for less than half the price. Regarding the cameras - my apologies, the technician arrived yesterday to clean the fan and they no longer make a sound.
