This luxurious villa is ideally situated in the sought-after suburb of Camps Bay, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and offering exceptional privacy and comfort. The property is spread across two levels and enjoys sweeping sea and mountain views, while being within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, and popular attractions in the area.
The villa comprises five bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The lowest level features one bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom, as well as a gym and air-conditioning. The main level houses four additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes a spacious full en-suite bathroom, along with access to a private balcony with ocean views. The remaining three bedrooms are each furnished with king-size beds and feature shower en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms include air-conditioning and offer views of Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, or the Atlantic Ocean. Bath towels, bed linen, essential toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided, and additional amenities include an iron, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
The living areas are located on the main level and are designed in an open-plan layout. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, and flows into the dining area, which features a table with seating for eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, dishwasher, and cooking basics. A separate scullery is also available. A workspace and free Wi-Fi are provided, along with backup power solutions to assist during load shedding.
Both the lounge and dining areas open onto a spacious, sea-facing terrace with outdoor dining, a braai area, and sun loungers. The outdoor space also features a lap pool and garden area, creating an ideal setting for relaxation while enjoying the surrounding views. Secure parking is available, including a double garage, and safety features such as CCTV, fire extinguishers, a smoke alarm, and a personal safe are provided.
