Description
9 Catalina Bay is a luxury beachfront self-catering unit situated on the 1st Floor in a complex that boasts amazing ocean views from the living room out into the spacious balcony.
This newly renovated unit accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (a 4th bedroom is available in an open area room upstairs for 2 children). The main bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower and aircon with sliding door + sea views, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and aircon and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and aircon. The 2nd bathroom has a shower-over-bath. Please note that fresh linen are provided but guests must bring their own towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble-dryer, fridge, oven and microwave and extends to the lounge furnished with new comfy couches, aircon and OpenView channels. Wifi available. Guests are required to connect to their own Netflix account etc. Between the kitchen and living area you will find a 6 seater dining set.
From the living room you go out unto the beautiful balcony with a build-in braai and patio furniture for your convenience. Guests may also use the complex’s communal pool.
Hibberdene’s main swimming beach is approximately 80 m away. The town which is walking distance away, provides convenient amenities, including a Super Spar, fuel station, pharmacy, liquor store, and restaurants. For more extensive shopping, the nearest mall is located in Shelly Beach and Port Shepstone.
