It was not good at all. Horrible. The family room had no ventilation or windows. (Illegal in accordance with building regulations SANS 10400) There is a ceiling fan that had only one speed. The water coming from the taps was dirty and full of sand. We tried to sleep but were uncomfortable because of the heat and no ventilation. No air conditioning in the room. To summarise, we are in the process of requesting a refund as this was absolutely unacceptable. We got up early and left to go brush our teeth at a garage.

Average. The reception was a struggle. We were on our own for a good 30 minutes before someone attended to us. That already rubbed me the wrong way. The stay was okay, but I gave up on asking for anything further as we never got what we asked for. The hot water was also a big struggle.
