Chakas Rock 23 needs to be revamped to match the standard of other chalets next. We did not enjoy the stay in this apartment; we stayed because we had limited choice. Chakas Rock 23 needs to replace the utensils like glasses, spoons, and the braai charcoal tray, which has a hole. The key box needs to be fixed. It felt like being in a neglected chalet. The owner needs to invest in bed linen so that customers can enjoy being in this apartment. Small things like a two-pin plug would have made us feel at home. The stay felt like we paid to compromise.

It was a lovely stay we enjoyed a lot. We had a lovely time at Chaka's Rock, though we were bothered by ants, and I think the bathroom door needs to be changed to a door that allows more privacy (have a lock).
