The Chardonnay Suite offers comfortable accommodation located on a beautiful estate situated approximately 5 km from the centre of Franschhoek. Surrounded by vineyards and mountain views, this suite is ideal for couples seeking a peaceful escape.

The suite accommodates 2 guests and is furnished with a king-size bed and premium linen. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a spa bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, a Nespresso machine, complimentary coffee pods, tea, sugar, and milk. The suite also features an indoor fireplace, free WiFi, and a backup generator to minimise disruptions during load shedding.

Guests can spend their evening on their private patio with outdoor seating and a wood-fired hot tub and braai area, creating the perfect space to relax while enjoying the surrounding views.

A daily breakfast at David's Bistro is included and consists of 1 breakfast menu item and 1 hot or cold beverage per guest. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00.

Guests are welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket on arrival. Mountain bicycles are available for hire on the farm, while premium picnics and wine tastings can be arranged with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Please note that the suite is located above a pump room that services the farm's water supply. As a result, a low humming sound may occasionally be audible.

La Roche is a working farm with active vineyards and pecan orchards, and farming activities take place Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00.

A minimum stay of 1 night applies.
