Great house, good location. We had a great stay at Chargo House. The house is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication was easy, and any questions we had were answered quickly. It was the perfect spot for Billy’s Music Festival. It was far enough from the noise and crowds, but still close to the village. The shuttle runs straight from the entrance to the venue, which was super convenient. The golf cart was a big win, and the security staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable knowing our teenagers were safe in a secure estate.

My worst experience so far. For such an expensive house, it was poorly finished - for example the hot and cold taps were reversed. The 5th (2 x single bed) rooms had no furnature. The directions provided to the house were totally wrong and we spent ages trying to find it. The host did not answer her phone.
