Chic 3-Bed Retreat is a stylish self-catering home located in the popular neighbourhood of Sea Point in Cape Town. The property offers a private setting with a plunge pool, garden, and secure parking, making it an ideal option for families, friends, or business travellers seeking comfort and convenience close to the city’s main attractions.
The house can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The main bedroom opens onto a balcony and features a TV, a work desk, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, and double vanity. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, while the third bedroom has access to a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle, as well as a dining table. The lounge is comfortably furnished with seating and a Smart TV with Netflix. An inverter ensures that Wi-Fi and selected appliances remain operational during load-shedding.
The living area opens onto a plunge pool, garden, and patio with outdoor furniture. Additional facilities include secure garage parking for 2 small cars and extra street parking.
Please note that there is currently active construction in the surrounding area between 08:00 and 17:00, which some guests may find disruptive during daytime hours. We would also like to inform guests that the pool is currently undergoing repairs and may not be available during your stay. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
