Clanwilliam Waterfront Akkommodasie is a beautiful three-storey self-catering unit located on the banks of the Clanwilliam Dam.
This property can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and includes an en-suite shower and washbasin. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain a double bed and share the third bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with DStv. For additional entertainment, board games are also available. Adjacent to the lounge, there is a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.
This living area opens up onto a covered balcony with outdoor furniture, a Weber braai and a Jacuzzi. Wi-Fi is also available.
This property gives guests access to the dam as well as the convenience of the launch spot for their boat or jet ski. Guests are also allowed to make use of the communal braai facilities at the water.
