Part of the YOLO Spaces Collection, Clifton Boutique Villa is located in a quiet, wind-free pocket of Clifton, Cape Town, within easy walking distance of the well-known Clifton beaches. The villa is centrally positioned, with restaurants, shops, entertainment and nightlife a short drive away, the Cape Town city centre approximately 10 to 15 minutes away, and Cape Town International Airport about 25 to 30 minutes away.
Clifton Boutique Villa offers a flexible and private accommodation setup, ideal for families or groups travelling together. The property consists of 2 separate and individually styled 2-bedroom apartments, located side by side, each with its own private entrance. A central staircase and an interleading door connect the 2 apartments internally, allowing guests to enjoy the full four-bedroom villa while still keeping their own private space when preferred.
The 4 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, and there is also a separate single couch in the second apartment. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower, or just a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating and a TV.
Guests have access to shared facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, sundeck and barbecue area. A modern, silent generator ensures uninterrupted power during load-shedding and power outages. Uncapped high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and comprehensive satellite television are provided.
One parking bay is available on request at least 48 hours before arrival and is subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions.
