It sits in a wind-free pocket, with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife only 5 minutes away by car, the city centre 10–15 minutes away, and the airport within 25–30 minutes.
This three-storey beachside retreat comprises 2 distinct units, ideal for 2 families or a group of friends travelling together. The Clifton Private Beach Villa is a stylish 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, expansive balcony with ocean views, sun loungers, and a cosy fire pit. Its spacious living areas and modern amenities combine comfort with coastal charm. The Clifton Sea View Penthouse features 2 bedrooms and a private balcony with equally stunning ocean views, offering an open-plan, peaceful haven just steps from the beach. The bedrooms are furnished with either a king-size bed or queen-size bed and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower, or just a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating and a TV.
Each unit has its own private entrance, with the shared upper-level balcony connecting the spaces for guests who wish to move between them. A shared jacuzzi at the penthouse entrance adds an extra touch of luxury.
The villa is equipped with a high-tech, silent generator to ensure uninterrupted power during loadshedding, uncapped fibre Wi-Fi, and full satellite TV coverage. Parking is available on request, subject to availability and conditions.
