Absolutely amazing! The saddest part was having to leave. This property exceeded our expectations! The home is modern, spacious, spotless and beautifully designed with everything we needed. Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and the property was exactly as advertised. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Was nice but too many rules. I would like to raise a few concerns regarding our stay in Langebaan this past weekend. As a vetted member of the website, you expressed confidence about the safety and security of bookings made through the platform. For that reason, the last-minute request for copies of all guests' IDs was concerning, particularly in light of POPIA requirements. It was also noted in the WhatsApp communication that this was not a requirement of the website. A second concern was the volume of WhatsApp messages received on the day of arrival. We were sent extensive entry instructions, including details about multiple key boxes, alarm procedures, and various safety-related matters. While I understand the need to provide guests with important information, the amount of detail was overwhelming and detracted from what was intended to be a relaxing weekend getaway. In addition, several issues could have been addressed through a pre-arrival inspection or walk-through of the property. The internet was not working, the cooking gas was switched off, and the emergency lights were completely flat upon arrival. Finally, the sheer number of house rules, procedures, and operational requirements placed a dampener on the overall experience. Unfortunately, these matters became a dominant topic of conversation throughout the weekend, rather than allowing us to fully enjoy our break. I trust this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the guest experience going forward.
