Coastal Dreams @ 27 is a double-storey family home situated in a short cul-de-sac with a fynbos reserve on 2 sides providing a private and tranquil space. It is centrally situated in Kleinmond and within close proximity to the ocean and a well-known coastal path.
This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom, on the ground level, is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom, upstairs, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a daybed as well as an en-suite shower-over-bath. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The ground level consists of the main living area with a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a lounge and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available in the separate scullery.
The lounge on the lower level has a fireplace and a dining table, while the lounge upstairs includes a TV. Outside is a covered patio as well as a garden with a braai and a swimming pool with sun loungers. Guests are afforded secure parking as well as access to free Wi-Fi.
