Coldstream Farm Stay House is situated in the Sterkstroom area below Penhoek Pass, approximately 2 km off the N6, 60 km north of Queenstown, and 50 km south of Jamestown. The property is set on a working farm where a peaceful countryside setting is offered, with open landscapes and mountain views creating a tranquil escape from the city. A relaxed farm-style atmosphere is maintained, allowing guests to unwind while remaining within convenient reach of the main route.

Accommodation is provided in a 3-bedroom self-catering house. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and is fitted with an en-suite bathroom containing a bath, washbasin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and make use of a guest bathroom fitted with a shower, as well as a separate toilet.

The house features an open-plan living area that is furnished with comfortable seating and includes a fireplace for colder periods. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Wi-Fi access is provided for added convenience. The patio is fitted with a built-in braai and offers ample seating space where the surrounding mountain views may be enjoyed.

Parking is available alongside the house. The farm environment allows for leisurely walks, while the surrounding area is well-suited to activities such as mountain biking and running, offering a relaxed outdoor experience.
