Beautiful place, but dedicated guesthouse staff and no working air conditioning or heater. Feedback as I received it from the guest we booked for: It took a long time at the shop, close to 20 to 25 minutes, waiting for the lady to finish with the clients at the shop. Only after that, she went with me to open at the guesthouse. If they could find dedicated staff for the guesthouse, it would save time. The rooms are very beautiful and the place too, but the room was very cold and there was no air conditioning or heater. Free State at this time is very cold; I wish they could fix the air conditioning for the heater in winter. Other than this, everything was amazing.
