Gentle Presence – Cottage 2 is nestled at the bottom of a large garden on the owner’s property in Clarens and offers a peaceful retreat ideal for a solo traveller or a couple seeking a romantic getaway. The cottage enjoys lovely garden and mountain views, creating a tranquil setting for a relaxing stay.
The open-plan layout has been thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort. The unit can accommodate 2 guests and features a sleeping area with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided for guests’ convenience.
The kitchenette is equipped for basic self-catering and includes a bar fridge, microwave, two-plate stove, as well as cutlery, crockery, pots, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi, and the Smart TV allows for streaming services such as DStv, Netflix, and YouTube using guests’ own login details
Outside, the cottage features an undercover patio with braai facilities, a dining table with chairs, and a comfortable bench, perfect for alfresco dining while admiring the breathtaking views of Golden Gate and the Maluti Mountains. Secure off-street parking is available. Although the cottage is situated on the owner's property, complete privacy is assured.
