Lovely, peaceful, clean and comfortable with a beautiful location. Cozumel's location is excellent. Literally across the road is a lovely swimming beach with wonderful little restaurants down the street. The unit is beautiful and neat with everything a small family could want. The unit was clean with beautiful white bedding and a lovely shower. Rod was a wonderful host and before I could even ask about where to pick up the key etc, there was a WhatsApp with all the arrangements. Lovely and hassle free! It was so nice we extended our stay for another night and will definitely return.

Lovely place right on the ocean, next to the ocean pool and two great restaurants. It was good - there were some hiccups - the keypad didn't open as the last folks left the key inside in an awkward way, which took time to sort out. Also, the internet went down due to a massive lightning storm - not a real bother but I had a work report to fill out - was very impressed with the support from Rod pushing our case to the top of the list, and the man who fixed it all went out of his way. Altogether a lovely stay.

Awesome view and the perfect location for a chilled holiday! Officially the best ocean view I have had from the comfort of my apartment at an amazing price! The unit has a prime position but is also very spacious, comfortable, and offers everything one requires for self-catering! Awesome restaurants just below you and a prime swimming spot by your doorstep! The unit was larger than expected and very easy to stay in! I would just ask the owner to consider a proper size patio table/set on the balcony so one can enjoy your lunch and dinner comfortably with that stunning view.
