Description
This one-bedroom apartment in Sea Point is within walking distance of the promenade, beaches and cafés.
The apartment is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is a dining area, a lounge with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony with outdoor seating.
Guests have access to a dedicated parking space. The V&A Waterfront, Clifton and Table Mountain are nearby and offer shopping, dining and outdoor activities.
Note: A neighboring building is under development, and there may be daytime noise. To compensate, we’re offering a 35% discount on your booking, which is already included the price.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.
SimpliRent reserves the right to deny access or cancel the booking without refund if unauthorised, undeclared, or third-party guests attempt to access the property.
