Crystal Blue Luxury Villa Eden Rock Luxury Villa is a beautiful holiday home situated within the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. The property offers a peaceful setting ideal for families and friends, with a private swimming pool providing a relaxing escape.
The double-storey villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with queen-size beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. All en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Bed linen is provided, while guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen, dining space, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, and includes a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. The dining area offers seating for 6 guests, while the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv Essential channels. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and leads onto a garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and braai facilities. Secure parking and 24-hour security are provided within the estate. A backup inverter and JoJo tank are available during load shedding and water outages. The villa is serviced except on Sundays and public holidays.
The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. A French restaurant is located on the estate, and additional services such as spa treatments, tours, and transfers can be arranged. A surcharge applies for Jacuzzi use, and the property is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
