Rus and Ontspan accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 separate units. Unit 1 is furnished with a king-size bed, while Unit 2 contains a queen-size bed. Each unit features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
Additional amenities in each unit include a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, air fryer, and fan. Each unit is equipped with 2 plates, 2 cereal bowls, 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 2 forks, 2 knives, 4 spoons, a microwave-safe bowl, a cooking dish, and a set of tongs. Guests have access to shared outdoor washing-up facilities.
Each unit features a 40-inch TV, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Please note that a breakage deposit of R500 applies per unit.

House Rules
The breakage deposit for Villa by die See is R1,000. The breakage deposit for Rus en Ontspan Rooms 1 and 2 is R500 per room.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated on the property.
No loud music or excessive noise is permitted between 20:00 and 08:00.
No additional guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval.
No matric farewell parties or similar events are permitted.
Please note that there are stairs in the unit, which may not be suitable for guests with disabilities, elderly guests, or young children.
Please note that there is no internet or Wi-Fi available at the firepit or outdoor braai area.
Please note that no streaming services or media subscriptions are provided. Guests are required to use their own login details and streaming service subscriptions to access any streaming platforms.
The firepit and braai area may be used by guests from any unit, subject to availability.
The swimming pool may be used by all guests and residents of any unit, provided that the pool usage and safety rules are strictly observed.
No food or drinks are permitted in the swimming pool, except for the purpose of taking photographs and only with prior arrangement.
No person may stand on or tamper with the bottom drain located at a depth of 2.7 metres.
Please do not enter the swimming pool by jumping from the pump house roof. Access is permitted only through the designated entrance gate.
No person may walk along the infinity edge walls or dive into the pool from them.
Access to the pool is permitted only via the large non-slip rubber mat.
During the summer season, the swimming pool is available daily from 06:00 to 20:00.
Guests are required to use the pool access button to request entry at the time they wish to use the pool.
The pool may only be used under the supervision of the lifeguard, who is available free of charge during pool operating hours.
Children and all minors must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
The pink Love Island inflatable pelican and other pool toys are available for use by all guests.

Villa by the Sea is a 130 m² unit that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a king-size bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, 12-litre air fryer, stove, toaster, coffee machine, slow cooker, kettle, as well as all crockery and cutlery required for 6 guests. Additional amenities include a private entrance and a comfortable seating area.
Please note that a breakage deposit of R1,000 applies to this unit.
