Description

Da Gama 109 is a stylish first-floor apartment in a modern complex on Kusweg, Strand, just 30 metres from the beach. The apartment offers panoramic views of the sea and the Helderberg mountains and is within walking distance of popular restaurants and cafés.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. A second bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet is also available. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a dining area. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix. Sliding doors lead to a patio with sea views.

The complex offers a private pool, braai area, muurbal court, and secure parking.
