Dad’s House is a charming family cottage located on top of a hill in the picturesque development of The Riverine, on the banks of the Breede River. The cottage is situated well above the flood zone, and a gentle 10-minute stroll down the hill leads to your private jetty, ideal for mooring boats, fishing, or enjoying a sundowner.
The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that are converted into a king-size bed. The second bathroom includes a bath and toilet. All linen is provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee facilities, an air fryer, and dishwasher. The dining and living areas feature comfortable seating and a smart TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests can also enjoy the braai area.
The Riverine estate offers a safe environment with a scenic tar road and walking routes along the gravel road for exploring. Guests have access to the private jetty and river for swimming, canoeing, skiing, and fishing. Free secure parking is provided.
