Description

De Branders is situated in an apartment building that is located on the main swimming beach in Hartenbos, offering uninterrupted sea views. The complex is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, activities and attractions.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 adults or 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. There are 2 bedrooms that lead out onto its own balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony area which has outdoor seating and a built-in braai. There is a staircase that leads to the spacious rooftop patio which has an outdoor dining set and braai facilities. The unit also has Smart TV, WiFi and 2 safe underground parking spots. This unit is wheelchair-friendly.

Guests can make use of the communal facilities in the complex that includes a swimming pool, and braai area.

The complex is located in Hartenbos ATKV Beach Resort with a wide variety of activities.
