Chillaxed. We had a lovely 3 nights at DePoort, really enjoying the peaceful environment and super nice accommodation. The wood-fired hot tub was well used and the kids enjoyed the kayaks on the dam. Will definitely try to visit again.

Exactly what we needed and more. Amazing stay, isolated and away from the city life. Perfect place for my fiancé and me to reset and have our dog roam around freely on the property.

A perfect stay at a secluded gem. Our stay was perfect, given the location and the absolute quiet and tranquility that we experienced over the 3 nights. The venue was very neat and except for no microwave, everything we needed was in supply. We would definitely return in the foreseeable future.

Perfect getaway. We had a lovely stay at De Poort. The tranquil location was really good for escaping from the city. Our dogs enjoyed swimming in the dam and taking walks around the area.

Outstanding. We enjoyed it so much this weekend, it was everything we needed. Our 8 year old daughter had so much fun playing in the dam and in the mud with our 2 Yorkies. We as parents sat quietly and tried to catch some fish, haha. It was a really lovely place, we are already booking our next weekends to De Poort.

Can't wait to go again! We had the most amazing stay with my partner and 3 teenagers. One of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have been to. There is so much to do and the hot tub was amazing. Also a very short drive to Struisbaai or Bredasdorp if you need anything. I am booking my next stay there ASAP. The photos don't do the place justice. It is absolutely magical!

We enjoyed it so much that we want to buy the house! We enjoyed it so much and relaxed away from the busy city life and rush. The goat that came to drink at the dam next to the house was a bonus.
