Description

The De Rust Private Nature Reserve is located 25 km outside Welkom on the R34 in the northern Free State. De Rust is set on a 682-hectare farm of grasslands.

De Rust offers self-catering accommodation in chalets, wooden houses and a Country Guesthouse with an apartment. All units have braai facilities. A camp and caravan park with a common ablution block with hot and cold water, communal braai facilities and power points is also available.

Additional facilities include a wedding venue and a chapel. The chapel can accommodate up to 150 delegates and the wedding venue can accommodate up to 300 delegates.

De Rust Private Nature Reserve has a licensed pub for functions, swimming pool, trampoline and children's playground. Game drives are available to view up to 25 different species.
